What we fix

Every kind of wheel damage, done right.

From the parking-garage curb scrape to a pothole-bent rim that's leaking air — we handle it in-house.

Curb rash repair

Sanded, filled, primed, color-matched, and clear-coated. Repair is invisible — the wheel leaves looking factory-new.

Bent rim straightening

Hit a pothole? We straighten bent wheels on a hydraulic table and pressure-test for leaks before reinstalling.

Cracked wheel welding

TIG-welded cracks on cast alloys, refinished and pressure-tested. If a wheel isn't safe to repair, we'll tell you up front.

Full wheel refinishing

Strip, prep, color, and clear-coat — gloss black, satin black, gunmetal, silver, bronze, or any OEM finish you want to match.

Color change

Going from silver to gloss black? Bronze on your M3? We do full color changes with durable, automotive-grade coatings.

Diamond-cut & machined faces

Refinishing on diamond-cut and machined-face wheels — common on Audi, BMW, Range Rover, and Mercedes alloys. By appointment.

Process

How a wheel repair actually goes.

No mystery, no surprise charges. Here's the standard refinish workflow.

1. Inspect & quote

Drop by or text a photo. We assess damage, check for structural issues, and give you a written price.

2. Dismount & strip

Tire off, old finish stripped, wheel inspected for cracks or bends that weren't visible before.

3. Repair & prep

Curb rash sanded and filled, bends straightened, cracks welded if needed. Wheel is primed and surface-prepped.

4. Color & clear

Base color sprayed to your spec — OEM match or custom — followed by automotive clear coat for UV and chip resistance.

5. Cure & reassemble

Wheel cures, tire remounted, balanced, and pressure-tested. Back on the car the same day in most cases.

6. You drive off

Wheels look factory-new. We back our work — if anything's off, bring it back and we'll make it right.

FAQ

Wheel repair questions we hear a lot.

How long does it take?

Most jobs turn around in 1–3 business days. If you need all four refinished and can leave the car, we'll usually have it back to you within the week.

Can you fix bent or cracked wheels?

Yes. We straighten bent wheels on a hydraulic table and TIG-weld cracked alloys on a case-by-case basis. Some structural damage can't be safely repaired — we'll tell you honestly when a wheel needs replacing instead.

Do you match factory colors?

Yes. We match OEM gloss black, satin black, gunmetal, silver, and most factory finishes. We also do custom colors — bronze, anthracite, gloss white, and more.

Do I need to leave the whole car?

Not always. If you can drop wheels off the car, we can refinish them while you keep driving on a spare set. Otherwise, leave the car with us and we'll handle the dismount, refinish, and rebalance.

What about TPMS sensors?

We handle TPMS sensors carefully on dismount, rebuild the valve service kits, and re-learn the sensors after reinstall. No mystery warning lights when you leave.
